Justice is a development professional with over 13 years’ experience in program design and management, monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning in a wide range of sectors. He is also a communications and digital innovator and entrepreneur who is passionate about using creative approaches to grow businesses as well as communicate and catalyze social impact. Currently, Justice runs a consulting practice that supports both local and international organizations in a wide range of program and organizational management functions, especially monitoring and results measurement, strategic impact communication, resource mobilization, and strategy development. Justice is currently pursuing a PhD in Business and Management at Strathmore University Business School, where he hopes to contribute knowledge to theapplication of cognitive theories within present-day consumer behavior contexts. He holds an MSc in Media, Communication, and Development (2017) from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BA in Integrated Community Development (2010) from Daystar University. He is a thought leader in Tanzania, having contributed over fifty (50) opinion editorials in leading Tanzanian newspapers.
Goodluck is a dynamic professional with a degree in Computer Engineering & IT from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is an accomplished scriptwriter, a proficient digital illustrator, and a skilled 2D animator. Over the years, Goodluck has managed content for leading brands such as The East Africa Community, the World Bank, TANESCO, Foundation for Civil Society, Policy Forum, Stanbic, SOS Children’s Villages, and many more. He has established a reputation for delivering exceptional work that is creative, engaging, and meets the unique needs of his clients.
